Age 79 of Kalamazoo, passed away at Rose Arbor Place on May 28, 2025. Born and raised in Kalamazoo, she was the daughter of the late Julian and Ruth (Allen) Greenlee. As a young child she was involved with Girl Scouts and went on to graduate from University High School, Class of 1963 and later Kalamazoo Valley Community College. Shirley was a hard worker who spent eighteen years at Miller Canfield Law Offices, retiring in 2011. When not working Shirley enjoyed crocheting, knitting, and was an avid reader. She had an artistic eye and worked with ceramics and worked on sculptures and paintings. Her greatest joy and fulfillment in life came from spending time with her children and grandchildren. Shirley was a woman who loved others, gave of herself to help those in need and was a joy to know. She will be missed by all who loved her. In May of 1980, she married Robert E. Price, who survives. She is also survived by her daughter, Amy (Noel) Reeves; nine grandchildren, Chandler, Alexis, Raymon, Joshua, Rudy, Andrew, Steve Jr., Charlie and Issac; four great-grandchildren, Scarlet, Ezra, Mason and Audrey; a niece, Nancy Laughlin; extended family and friends. She was also preceded in passing by her son, Stephen Barroso; former spouse, Domingo Barroso; sister, Marilyn Pigott and brother, Raymond Greenlee.
