A visitation will be held at the funeral home on Monday, November 7, 2016, from 6:00 to 7:00 PM. A graveside service will be held at Elmwood Cemetery, on Tuesday, November 8, 2016, beginning at 3:00 PM, with Pastor Paul Nuechterlein officiating.

Age 98, passed away on Friday, November 4, 2016. She was born on September 19, 1918, in Paris Township, Kent County, the daughter of the late Reuben Jones Harris Hoover and Debby Elizabeth (Rose) Hoover. She is survived by her son Russell (Zelma) Geary; grandson, Damon (Kelly) Geary; great-grandchildren, Chloe and Sean; also her grandson, Kavan (Coreen) Geary, and great-grandchildren, Valen, Dax and Zaria. She was preceded in death by her husband Harris; two sons, Ken and Lee; two sisters, Ruby Timmer and Lillian Gillett; and a brother, David Hoover.
