June 14, 1970 - July 23, 2024

You’re invited to join us in celebrating the life of Steve, a cherished friend, family member, and larger than life soul on Sunday, August 18, 2024, from 2:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the South Haven Yacht Club, 401 Williams St, South Haven, MI. His passing has left an immense void in our hearts, but we find solace in remembering the joy he brought to our lives. Let's all share memories, laughter, and tears as we honor Steve’s legacy. We will sit by the water, watch the boats go by and enjoy one of his favorite artists. Your presence would mean the world to us as we celebrate Steve’s remarkable journey. Memorial contributions may be made to charity of one’s choice, in c/o the funeral home.

Share your Memorial with Family & Friends

Steve was far too young to leave us...to everyone who knew and loved him, I am so sorry for your loss. Keeping especially close in my thoughts and heart my great-nephews Josh, Jake and Jeremy. May the memories of your dad comfort you during this extremely difficult time. Deepest sympathies, Aunt Dar.

To the family, I am so very sorry for your loss. I will have you all in my thoughts and prayers. I have been trying to figure out what I was going to say here for days. I loved Steve, he was larger than life. That killer smile, wow. I am at a loss for words (which you all know doesn't happen very often!). The news hit me like a cement truck. I haven't seen him for a few years, but every time I did we just fell right back in to that special friendship we had. He was such a light in so many peoples lives. He will be greatly missed. My heart aches for all of you. You have a lot of hard days ahead. I'm so glad you have his boys. He will live on in them forever. Love you all. Rest in peace Steve. See you on the other side my friend. 💔

Steve played football for me when I coached at Comstock. He was a fine young man, hard worker. Always did his best. Every time I interacted with him he had a smile on his face. We are very sorry to hear of his passing at such a young age. Our sincerest condolences to all his family and friends.
