Age 66, passed away on Saturday, June 26, 2021. Steve was born on December 11, 1954, the son of the late Warren and Ruth (Pitz) Daigler. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Linda and sister, Christina Blakley. Steve is survived by his only son, Cory Daigler; grandchildren, Tatiana, Reagan, Brennon, Maxwell, Nico and Darby; sisters, Karen Koehn, Lynn Hudson and Lisa Geren. He is also survived by his second family of close friends who will miss him dearly, Margaret and Tom Doorlag, Tim and Betty Vanderslik, Justin Stinson, Sandi Combs and Marsha Doorlag. Steve was a very kind and generous person and was always offered a helping hand. He took pride in cleaning, yardwork and helping others. Steve was always there for anyone who needed him. He loved life to the fullest. Steve had a passion and knowledge of world history, especially for WWII and Adolf Hitler. He loved fruity and sour candy and visiting downtown Kalamazoo. Steve touched many lives and helped countless people get back on their feet.
