Sue passed away at home on Monday, March 2, 2020 at the age of 72. She was born in Coldwater, MI, the daughter of the late Arthur and Dorothy (Sprow) Chenoweth. Sue above all was a proud and loving mother and grandmother.  When she wasn’t spending time with her family, she was hard at work.  She owned and operated her own medical transcription business and supported many physicians in Battle Creek.  In 2003, she joined Bronson Methodist Hospital in their Health Information Management team and recently retired after 16 years of service.

Sue had a servant’s heart and was always willing to help others. She enjoyed being a member of the VFW Post 54 and Battle Creek Eagles. As a member she served in many capacities and found wonderful avenues from which to volunteer.  She coordinated and enjoyed shopping for Christmas presents for children in need and truly valued helping out veterans.  When not working or volunteering, she enjoyed baking and was known for her delicious Buckeyes.  She was an avid reader and could often be found with a book in hand. Holidays were important to Sue and she made a point of making them special for all. She had a wonderful sense of humor and enjoyed joking around with her family. She will be missed by all who loved her. Suzanne leaves to cherish her memory with her two loving children, Tim (Sherri) Chambers and Melissa (Matt) Chmelovski; a grandson, Mitchell Chmelovski; brother Larry (Joan) Chenoweth; nieces, nephews and friends. She was also preceded in passing by her brother, Tom Chenoweth.
