Age 81, passed away at Rose Arbor Hospice Residence on November 28, 2022, surrounded by loved ones. Victor was born in Kalamazoo on July 12, 1941, the son of the late Frank and Catherine (Cavanaugh) Dolph. Victor was kind, generous and loving. He lived life to the fullest and leaves behind the legacy of a life well lived. On August 11, 1961, he married the love of his life Stephane (Sharpe) Dolph who preceded him in passing on June 22, 2009. Together they made a happy home for their three children where all were made to feel welcome. Victor believed in hard work and was employed for more than twenty-five years at General Motors, retiring in 1994. Never one to stay idle for long, he soon took a job at Arvco Packaging where he worked for ten years until retiring in 2004. When not working Victor loved camping, playing indoor and outdoor games with friends, was an avid reader, gifted wood worker, enjoyed gardening and crafting precast models. Above all Victor loved his family and friends and he will be missed by all who loved him. He was also preceded in passing by a sister, Mary (Lee) Heath. He is survived by his children, Victor Dolph Jr., Dawn (Mark) Beauchamp, Kathy (Michael) McCabe; four grandchildren, April (Jeff) Blett, Patrick Krohn, Benjamin and Andrew McCabe; four great-grandchildren, Kylie and Olivia Blett, Logan Hegudus and Bryson Hoskinson; brother, Mark (Carol) Dolph, many other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
