Age 71, passed away at home on June 5, 2020 surrounded by people he loved. He was born on October 26, 1948, the son of the late Jerry and Ruth (Vanmeter) Miller. He was the fifth of six children. In November of 1967 he married Joyce Mollohan, together they had two children. Victor was a hard worker who spent nearly forty years working for the U.S. Postal Service. His career was interrupted for two years during which he served our country honorably in the U.S. Army, achieving the rank of Specialist 5th Class. After being honorably discharged went on to spend more than twenty-five years volunteering in the Credit Union Movement. He also served for several years as a Trustee for his union NALC Branch 246 and was a treasurer there. He was very active and loved sports especially golf. He loved to tell the story of his “hole in one” and said it proved that sometimes its better to be lucky than good. He also loved tropical birds, especially his blue and gold McCaw and Blue Headed Pionus; he enjoyed watching them for hours. Victor’s smile, laughter and memory will be cherished by all who loved him. More than anything, he loved his family especially his children and grandchildren. His greatest joy was watching them grow and have success. In his later years he found an unconditional and unending love in Sandy Bradac, his soulmate who survives. Together they found peace and contentment. Victor is also survived by two sons, Greg (Carrie) Miller and Jason (Katie) Miller; step-daughter, Caitlin (Justin Gardner) Bradac; grandchildren, Audrey, Joe, Ella, Benjamin, Hannah; siblings, Ralph Miller, Tom (Deanne) Miller; many nieces, nephews and friends, all who supported him through his battle. He was also preceded in passing by three siblings, James Miller, Carl Miller, Ruth Lamphere.
