Age 98, passed away peacefully at Rose Arbor Hospice on Tuesday, December 15, 2020. Warren was born in Elmer, Michigan on December 1, 1922, the son of the late Anthony and Hattie (Genshaw) Juhl. He was a veteran of the United States Army, serving his country honorably during WWII and a Purple Heart recipient. Warren was employed for Consumers Energy for 40 years. He enjoyed building and flying model airplanes, golfing, dancing, flying and swimming. Warren was an avid reader and gardener and loved listening to jazz. He was preceded in death by his three wives, Trudy, Millie and Phyllis. Warren was also preceded in death by his brother, Evans (Mary) Juhl. He is survived by two sons, Neil (Belinda) and Charles “Chas” Juhl; step-daughter, Pam (Don) Kingery; step-son, Jim Blevins; grandchildren, Logan (J.B.) Thomas, Noah (Kelsey) Kingery, Brandy Glovier and Lauren and Andrew Johnson; three great-grandchildren with two on the way and several nieces and nephews. Warren was an amazing and remarkable man who lived a rich life. He will be missed by all who knew him. The family would like to thank Dr. Elami, the staff of Brookdale Assisted Living and “the bunch of guys” who were family to him for their love and support. No services are scheduled at this time.
