Age 79, passed away on Monday evening, June 21,2021. Weldon was born in Allegan, on January 9, 1942, the son of Lloyd George and Veldene Victoria (Hart) Clawson. He served in the United States National Guard. Weldon was always happy to help out. He was a generous and loving person and was always ready to offer someone any kind of help they needed or asked for.  He could fix anything and was always ready to help a friend or neighbor get something fixed. He loved mushroom hunting. He enjoyed the outdoors and hunting and fishing. Weldon is survived by his children, Scott (Patty) Clawson of Drummond Island and Lisa (Greg) Adams of Dorant, OK; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; siblings, Lowell (Janice) Clawson, Dale Clawson, Gayla (Arland) Heistand; sister-in-law, Margaret Clawson; aunt, Lois Hays; several nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Marvin Clawson.
