A memorial service to celebrate his life will be held at Radiant Church, 8157 East DE Ave., Richland, MI 49083, on Monday, September 11, 2023 at 6:00 PM with Pastor Lee Cummings officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to Radiant Church or the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI).

You all have my deepest love and sympathy. Caleb will be truly missed by everyone that loved him so much. Let all your memories sustain you until you hold him again in heaven.
