The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, November 17, 2019, from 2:00 to 4:00 PM and 6:00 to 8:00 PM. A funeral to celebrate his life will be held on Monday, November 18, 2019, beginning at 11:00 AM, at Third Christian Reformed Church, 2400 Winchell Ave., Kalamazoo, MI 49008, with Pastor Derek Zeyl officiating. He will be laid to rest privately at Comstock Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Kalamazoo Christian Schools or Kalamazoo Gospel Mission, c/o the funeral home.
