Age 71, passed away suddenly, on Sunday, August 12, 2018. Debbie was a cheerful person, always greeting you with a hug. She worked as an Office Administrator for Arvco Container in Kalamazoo for 19 years. Following her retirement 8 years ago, she spent much of her time at home with her beloved dog, Toto, and her husband, Jim. She loved large family gatherings and spending time with her loved ones. She cherished both children and animals. She enjoyed cooking, more specifically sweet treats and southern dishes, true to her roots. She loved flowers and had a passion for music. Debbie loved to dance. Besides her husband Jim, she is survived by her daughters, Rebecca (Marcus) Melson of Gobles, and Holly Eakes of Gobles; her grandchildren, Ava and Claire Melson; her father, Daniel Signore of Grand Rapids; her brothers, Tony (Diane) Signore, Dino (Gina) Signore, and Michael (Helena) Signore, all of Grand Rapids; a sister Geton Mathews of Chicago.
