December 6, 1948 - June 24, 2018

Cremation has taken place and a gathering of friends and family will be held at Joldersma & Klein Funeral Home on Friday, June 29, 2018 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. Inurnment will be at a later date at Mt. Ever-Rest Memorial Park – South. Memorial contributions may be made to Loaves and Fishes of Kalamazoo, c/o the funeral home.

I am sorry to hear of Earl’s passing. When I think of Butch I always remember him with a smile on his face. Butch was good friends with my then boyfriend Jim Hekman and I have many fond memories as we all navigated our way through the 70’s. Much fun was had by all. Also, as I recall, he was an amazing bowler. My sincerest condolences to his family and I wish you all peace and comfort through this difficult time.

Earl was a kind, fun and pleasant brother-in-law to both Mark and I. Mark has fond memories of Bowling and golfing with Earl over the years. I know he will be missed dearly, but he is finally at peace after so many months of pain. Love to all that he has left behind.
