February 8, 1951 - May 30, 2023

A memorial service to celebrate Karen’s life will be held on Friday, June 9, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Joldersma & Klein Funeral Home. Visitation will take place at the funeral home one hour prior to the service. Private interment will be at Riverside Cemetery, Kalamazoo. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.

I met Karen at water aerobics at the Y. We became good friends and she didn’t live far from me in Kalamazoo. I enjoyed our walks in the neighborhood. She kayaked at our place in Baldwin. Love these pictures. She had a great smile. I still can’t believe she has passed. Since I live in Florida now I’ll miss the service but will always remember her.

To the Graham/Taylor family Karen was our mail carrier for many years. If felt like a personal friend showed up everyday asking about our children and then our grandchildren. Karen, one of the kindest, sweetest persons I'll ever have the pleasure of knowing. I will miss our long laugh filled conversations the most. Rest in peace my friend!
