Last week I received sad news that Mary (my friend and former coworker from The Upjohn Company) passed away. At least 25 years ago Mary begged me to crash a Birthday Party she was giving for her significant other, Terry. Behold! “Sherise the Hooker” crashed the party! 🤣 After singing a breathy, Marilyn Monroe-style, Happy Birthday to Terry, the gig was up. Mary introduced my real identity. A couple of people approached me and asked for my business card. It was at that moment the idea of a business was born! 💡 “The Uninvited Guest” I put together a video montage of my characters in memory of Mary. It was a bitter sweet task going through all the pictures. I never had to advertise—it was word of mouth. The Uninvited Guest brought joy & laughter to every party (no matter by if it was a small or large event). I will forever be thankful to Mary!! Love, “Sherise” aka Sharon Kloosterman and all of her split personalities 🤣 https://youtu.be/ml0ywdCN-nE

OMG, I just learned of Mary's passing and I am devastated by the news. When I got a job at Upjohn (in 1980) she was the lead secretary in taxes and she fastly became my mentor, my dear friend and second mom. We had SO MANY good times and laughs together. Heck she (and Ann) introduced me to my husband, yep still married to him 36 years later. Though we didn't talk alot, when we did we always closed with I Love You. Mary, I love you and look forward to seeing you again someday. Terry, George, Mike and the rest of the family, we are so sorry. Matt & Julie Morrissey
