Mary Sue, you have been an enjoyable, special, and unique person in my life. Thank You for almost 60 years of sharing quality family time. I will miss you and all the fun family get togethers. Your brother-in-law, Denny Bowersox

Shocked and deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Mary. I had the pleasure of working as part of the social work team with Mary for years at Oakview Nursing Home in Ludington. The things I will always remember and cherish about my time and friendship with Mary was her calming, logical, suave, and matter of fact approach to life in particular with conflict, difficult personalities and stressful situations. She will be remembered for lifetime of serving others (police officer, social worker, fire department , counselor etc), her intelligence, her sarcastic and quick sense of humor, and acceptance and desire to work with and for of all walks of life! Oh Mary… thanks you for the joy of working beside you those years at Oakview. I will think of you often.

Had the privilege of serving the citizens of Kalamazoo Township as a police officer, alongside Mary. Always enjoyed working with her. She will never be forgotten. Deepest sympathies to the entire family.
