July 29, 1992 - March 17, 2022

A celebration of Max’s life will take place at Technical Packaging Systems, 6389 Valley Industrial Dr., Kalamazoo, MI 49009, on Saturday, April 30, 2022 from 12:20 to 4:20 PM, with an informal ceremony beginning at 1:00 PM. Memorial contributions may be made to the National Brain Tumor Society.

Dear Todd and Pam, My deepest condolences to you and your family on the loss of your brave son, Max. I cannot begin to imagine the magnitude of your loss, but I do pray that the peace of Christ covers you, with the grace and courage to face each day.

While we didn’t know Max, as neighbors of Steve and Deb Scafaria, we were keenly aware of the loving care they provided for Max in there home for over four months, along with their many relatives. God had blessed these two souls to provide comfort and care for Max during his last days and months.
