In accordance with her wishes, cremation will take place. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of Southwest Michigan c/o the funeral home.

My heart and prayers to Gene and family. So sad to hear about Phyllis . Working with Phyllis all those years at SprinkleMiller were the best years working at Old Kent ( Fifth Third). Her great sense of humor and her out look on life taught me so much that she will never be forgotten. She was so kind and helpful to all of us.

Rob (and Pam), I am so very sorry to hear of the passing of Phyllis. You have my deepest sympathies. You and the rest of your family will continually be in my thoughts and prayers. I recall Phyllis as being very sweet and kind. We had some pleasant conversations about our shared alma mater which I am quite versed about. But, we also discussed NASCAR which I think was even more of a passion. I do not recall her favorite driver, but I do recall that she watched many races. I also know the the was a Christian and is now in a more peaceful place. Wishing you the best during this difficult time SIncerely, Jim Beebe
