Hello, I was a student of Sandy's at Sonoma State University in the late 1970s. She was so energetic and had a wide range of interests. She inspired my to follow in her love of economics. She encouraged to to persue graduate school and gave me advice on which universities to apply to. I also had a personal friendship that we maintained for a time after I graduated from Sonoma State and was living in San Francisco. I have fond memories of Sandy and will miss her greatly.
